Football Recap: Young Kids in Motion Does not Make It Easy on Taylor's Passing Game

Young Kids In Motion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 37-22 fall against the Taylor Wildcats.

Despite the loss, Young Kids In Motion still got an impressive performance from James Mckight, who threw for 315 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes.

Even if they lost, Young Kids In Motion's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Sam Jackson and Thomas Cuyler, who each picked up one sack apiece. Young Kids In Motion got some further help from Cameron Anderson: he made six total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Nikko Dozier continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Taylor, rushing for 200 yards and three scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, and also picking up 30 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Dozier a new career-high.

Young Kids In Motion's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Taylor, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Young Kids In Motion didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 16-0 win against Varsity Opponent on the 26th. As for Taylor, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 20-6 loss against Halifax Academy on the 26th.
