Basketball Recap: Glen Oaks' Win Ends 12-Game Losing Streak at Home

Glen Oaks had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They pulled ahead with a 44-43 photo finish over the Belaire Bengals on Saturday. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Bengals back in December of 2024, they had to take a 28-27 defeat.

Glen Oaks' victory ended a 12-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-20. As for Belaire, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-16.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glen Oaks will venture away from home to square off against St. Amant at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belaire, they will face off against North Iberville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
