Volleyball Recap: Christel House Starts Season with Loss at Home

Christel House unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of Mooresville Christian by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Christel House sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-28, 15-10.

Mooresville Christian's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christel House is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Indianapolis Crispus Attucks at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mooresville Christian, they will take on Eminence at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
