Cactus Shadows came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with 11 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mesquite Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 two weeks ago.

Cactus Shadows walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 22-25, 25-16, 25-23.

Brycen Bollwitt paced Cactus Shadows' offense, picking up 21 kills. Bollwitt got some help from Blake Hemming and his 41 assists. Noah Denten controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cactus Shadows' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-8. As for Mesquite, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-9.

Cactus Shadows wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Eastmark on the 24th. As for Mesquite, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Marcos de Niza on the 25th.
