Volleyball Recap: Tecumseh Takes Down Perry Central in a Playoff Battle

Tecumseh extended their postseason success on Saturday against Perry Central. They blew past the Commodores 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Braves as they're now sitting on three straight.

Kelsey Marx paced Tecumseh's offense, picking up 14 kills. Marx got some help from Adley Staples and her 17 assists. Staples also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lydia Wilson, each putting up two.

Tecumseh's win bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Perry Central, their loss dropped their record down to 25-8.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Tecumseh and Barr-Reeve will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Perry Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
