After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Friendswood, Santa Fe was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Texas City Stingarees by a score of 50-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-45 back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Texas City lost, don't look at Tristen Blackmon. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-9 en route to 22 points. Those 22 points gave Blackmon a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Trevor Gregory, who posted 14 points and six rebounds.
