Recap: Bourne Canalmen vs. Diman RVT Bengals
The Bourne Canalmen were the 30-26 winner over the Diman RVT Bengals when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Bourne fell to Diman RVT 35-30. Bourne has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Sam Perry had a dynamite game for Diman RVT, throwing for 367 yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in three touchdowns on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaidyn Dias, who picked up 115 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Bourne's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Diman RVT, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6.
Bourne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Diman RVT will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Greater New Bedford RVT at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd.
