Soccer Recap: Delaware Christian vs. Horizon Science Academy
Monday just wasn't the day for Delaware Christian's offense. They lost 6-0 to the Horizon Science Academy Hawks on Monday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Delaware Christian now has a losing record at 3-4-3. As for Horizon Science Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.
Delaware Christian will play host again on Tuesday to welcome Walnut Ridge, where kickoff is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. Walnut Ridge is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season. As for Horizon Science Academy, they will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against New Hope Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m.
