Basketball Recap: Elijah Feather Jr Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Drayton/Valley-Edinburg

Warwick's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They managed a 63-57 victory over the Drayton/Valley-Edinburg Titans. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Warwick to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elijah Feather Jr, who went 9-for-21 en route to 26 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Feather Jr has scored at least a third of Warwick's points. Another player making a difference was Anthony Touche Jr, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 14 boards.

Warwick smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2024.

The win got Warwick back to even at 9-9. As for Drayton/Valley-Edinburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 14 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Warwick nor Drayton/Valley-Edinburg have any future games scheduled.
