Basketball Recap: Pleasant Comes Up Short

Pleasant lost against Clear Fork back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pleasant Spartans took a 67-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clear Fork Colts.

Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Clear Fork, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-2.

Pleasant and Clear Fork should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Pleasant will take on Ontario at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday up 408 places (198 vs. 606). Similarly, Clear Fork (ranked 90th) will meet Marion Harding (ranked 368th) at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
