Baseball Recap: Minneapolis Comes Up Short

Minneapolis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 16-0 to the Southeast of Saline Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-0 loss on Tuesday.

Minneapolis' defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Southeast of Saline, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Southeast of Saline beat Minneapolis by a score of 12-0 later that day.
