Basketball Recap: Capital Takes a Loss

Capital was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 66-38 loss at the hands of the Eldorado Golden Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 79-45 loss last Friday.

Capital's defeat dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Eldorado, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-15.

Capital does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Eldorado, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Santa Fe at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
