Volleyball Recap: Omaha North Vikings vs. Omaha Central Eagles
Omaha North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Omaha Central Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-19.
Omaha North's defeat dropped their record down to 3-24. As for Omaha Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-13.
Omaha North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Omaha South on the 19th. Omaha Central has also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Roncalli Catholic on the 19th.
