Soccer Game Preview: Gloucester County Christian vs. Atlantic Christian

The Gloucester County Christian Conquerors are taking a road trip to challenge the Atlantic Christian Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Gloucester County Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

Gloucester County Christian fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against The Pilgrim Academy on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty seven goals in the game before, Gloucester County Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Brady Gesin, who's now up to 26 this season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Atlantic Christian's offense. They fell just short of King's Christian by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Atlantic Christian have struggled against King's Christian recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 9-5-2. As for Atlantic Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-1.
