With a playoff game on the line, Van Vleck rose to the challenge on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 35-14 margin over the Cotulla Cowboys. The win was nothing new for the Leopards as they're now sitting on three straight.

Corey Austin was his usual excellent self, rushing for 202 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. Austin is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 131 every time he's taken the field this season. Chris Martinez was another key rusher, rushing for 131 yards on only 11 carries.

Van Vleck was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 388 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 227 rushing yards in 13 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
