The Colonie Central Wolfpack will challenge the South Glens Falls Bulldogs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Colonie Central came out on top against Averill Park on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run second inning. The Wolfpack blew past the Warriors 15-3. The victory was nothing new for the Wolfpack as they're now sitting on four straight.

The team relied heavily on Carter Epting, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Hufland, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three RBI and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Colonie Central kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 5 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 contests they've averaged 9.2.
South Glens Falls came out on top against Hudson Falls on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run third inning. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 9-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.
Ethan Ford spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits and racked up 16 Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Andrew Narduzzo was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Jameson DeLancey, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
Colonie Central's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for South Glens Falls, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.
South Glens Falls' pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Colonie Central has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .437. It's a different story for South Glens Falls, though, as they've only averaged .349. Will they be able to contain Colonie Central's hitters?
