Volleyball Recap: Southwest DeKalb Takes a Loss

Southwest DeKalb lost against Marist back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the War Eagles. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Southwest DeKalb's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Marist, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 23-3.

Coincidentally, Southwest DeKalb and Marist will both be playing Druid Hills the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Red Devils at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the War Eagles will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
