While Pattonville's win against Affton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pirates narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Cougars 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Pirates have posted against the Cougars since September 17, 2018.

In the two sets Pattonville was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-15, 25-15.
