Softball Recap: Park Crossing Takes a Loss

Park Crossing fell victim to Pike Road and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 20-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 on March 4th.

This is the second loss in a row for Park Crossing and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Pike Road, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Park Crossing will venture away from home to square off against Rehobeth at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pike Road, they will head out to take on Pike County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
