Cristo Rey came into Monday's match having lost 14 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They strolled past the Innovation Academy The Red Tailed Hawk with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 54-37. Cristo Rey's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the defeat, Innovation Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Elijah Vega went 5 of 11 on his way to 13 points.
