Ingleside's match on Friday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They blew past the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees 5-2. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by three goals or more this season.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Ingleside, bringing their record for this year to 8-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five games. As for Tuloso-Midway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ingleside will take on London at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. London is on a three-game streak of home wins, Ingleside a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch. Tuloso-Midway will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rockport-Fulton at 7:30 p.m. on February 25th.
