Highland came tearing into Thursday's game with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lancaster Eagles. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Highland was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 25-6.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Lancaster, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Highland will square off against rival Knight at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lancaster is set to face off against their familiar foe Eastside at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
