Volleyball Recap: DePaul College Prep Comes Up Short

DePaul College Prep's tournament run continued when they took on Libertyville on Friday. The Rams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Libertyville scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20.

DePaul College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Libertyville, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1.

DePaul College Prep has already played their next contest (against Rockford East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Libertyville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Rolling Meadows on the 2nd.
