Soccer Recap: Tell City Takes a Loss

Tell City lost against Washington back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Marksmen fell just short of the Hatchets by a score of 3-2. Tell City have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tell City's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Washington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Tell City didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-3 victory against Mt. Vernon on the 6th. As for Washington, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Evansville North at 7:00 p.m.
