Cole Deboer Game Report: @ Scotus

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Cole Deboer: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up 1.5 sacks and made nine total tackles (2.0 for loss), helping propel Pierce past Scotus by a score of 28-13. We hope Deboer's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Deboer and Pierce will be playing in front of their home fans against O'Neill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Deboer has dominated as far as total tackles are concerned (he's averaged 5.4 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Eagles have only allowed 44.6 per game this season.
