Basketball Game Preview: Harmony School of Innovation Wildcats vs. Harmony School of Innovation Mustangs

After both having extra time off, the Harmony School of Innovation Wildcats and the Harmony School of Innovation Mustangs will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season average.

The Wildcats are headed into the game out to prove that what happened against the Spartans two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Wildcats took a blow against the Spartans, falling 54-11. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-6.

Meanwhile, the Mustangs were not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Spartans and fell 58-21. The Mustangs were down 42-12 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

The Mustangs' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for the Wildcats, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

The Wildcats were able to grind out a solid victory over the Mustangs in their previous matchup back in February, winning 32-24. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
