Euclid hadn't done well against Wickliffe recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Panthers came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 3-1. This was payback for Euclid, who suffered a 4-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Euclid's win bumped their record up to 3-7-4. As for Wickliffe, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Euclid will venture away from home to face off against Strongsville at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Strongsville will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Euclid surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wickliffe, they are taking a road trip to challenge Waynedale at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th.
