Alleghany won the last time they faced James River and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Alleghany Cougars walked away with a 62-54 win over the James River Knights. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Alleghany's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for James River, they moved to 14-2 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.
