Hampshire is a perfect 4-0 against Preston since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Hampshire Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Preston Knights at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Hampshire is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Mountain Ridge on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Hampshire came up short against Mountain Ridge, falling 65-41.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 81-37, which was the final score in Preston's tilt against Morgantown on Tuesday. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Hampshire will have to keep a close watch on Easton Hayes and Tristian Smith, a pair of players who had a big impact on Preston's prior game. Hayes posted 20 points and seven rebounds, while Smith earned ten points.

Hampshire's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Preston, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.
