Volleyball Recap: Christian Life Preparatory Comes Up Short

Christian Life Preparatory lost against Abilene Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Christian Life Preparatory was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-13, 25-23.

Abilene Christian found their leader in freshman Berkley Lange, who had six digs and two aces.

Christian Life Preparatory's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Abilene Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-13.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Christian Life Preparatory is set to challenge their familiar foe Fellowship Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Abilene Christian will take on rival Weatherford Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
