Basketball Recap: Chester's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against CORE Butte last Friday, Chester came back down to earth. The Chester Volcanoes fell 45-37 to the Princeton Eagles on Wednesday. The Volcanoes were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 51-37.

Chester's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7. As for Princeton, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chester will take on Los Molinos at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Princeton, they will square off against Herlong at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
