Volleyball Recap: Montrose Comes Up Short

Montrose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Branch Broncos.

Montrose's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for North Branch, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-11 record this season.

Montrose wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lake Fenton on the 1st. As for North Branch, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Freeland on the 1st.
