Baseball Recap: Quaker Valley Quakers vs. Northgate Flames
Quaker Valley won the last time they faced Northgate and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Quaker Valley Quakers were the clear victor by a 19-1 margin over the Northgate Flames. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Quakers.

Kolton Johnson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Johnson was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Oscar Roig was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Brad Semonik was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI.
Quaker Valley's record now sits at 2-0. As for Northgate, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.
