Basketball Recap: Zion Chapel Piles Up the Points Against Emmanuel Christian + How To Watch

Zion Chapel's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They claimed a resounding 76-43 victory over the Emmanuel Christian Warriors. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Rebels considering their 25-point performance the game before.

Zion Chapel's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tucker Powell, who went 8-for-12 on his way to 18 points and six boards. Thanks to that strong game, Powell now owns an excellent 48.8% field goal percentage. Gavyn Moore was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.

Zion Chapel was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive contests.

Zion Chapel's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2. As for Emmanuel Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
