Volleyball Recap: Tipton-Rosemark Academy Takes a Loss

Tipton-Rosemark Academy came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Brighton Cardinals, falling 3-0. The Rebels were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

While Tipton-Rosemark Academy ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18, 25-19.

Tipton-Rosemark Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Brighton, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Tipton-Rosemark Academy will head out to face off against Evangelical Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brighton, they will challenge Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
