Softball Recap: North Greene Spartans vs. Griggsville-Perry Tornadoes
North Greene lost to Griggsville-Perry back in April of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The North Greene Spartans were the clear victor by a 17-4 margin over the Griggsville-Perry Tornadoes. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory North Greene has managed all season.
Chelsey Casstleberry was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
