McLeod has gone 10-0 against Linden-Kildare recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The McLeod Longhorns are taking a road trip to face off against the Linden-Kildare Tigers at 6:00 p.m. McLeod has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

McLeod is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Overton: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that McLeod blew Overton out of the water with a 41-5 final score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Longhorns had established a 29 point advantage.

Meanwhile, Linden-Kildare came up short against Hughes Springs on Tuesday and fell 33-25. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Linden-Kildare and nudges their season record down to 6-5. As for McLeod, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.
