Preview: Coosa Christian Conquerors vs. Pickens County Tornadoes

Coosa Christian extended their postseason success on Friday against Hackleburg. They blew past the Panthers, posting a 63-13 victory on the road. Coosa Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won ten matches by 22 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Pickens County came tearing into Friday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 18-14 W over Wadley.
Pickens County had a senior duo take command as Kemaurion Plott threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns and Santonio Jones picked up 94 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Their wins bumped Coosa Christian to 11-1-1 and Hackleburg to 11-2.
Coosa Christian came up short against Pickens County in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, falling 44-40. Can Coosa Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
