Volleyball Recap: Highland Tech Comes Up Short on the Road Against Kings Mountain

Highland Tech kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Kings Mountain Mountaineers, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Mountaineers: they've now lost four in a row.

While Highland Tech was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-20.

Looking ahead, Highland Tech is taking a road trip to face off against East Gaston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Kings Mountain and Franklin will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
