Volleyball Recap: Volunteer Comes Up Short

After flying high against Union County on Thursday, Volunteer came back down to earth. The Falcons fell 3-1 to the West Ridge Wolves on Monday.

Volunteer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for West Ridge, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6.

Volunteer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Cherokee on the 9th. West Ridge has also already played their next matchup (against Daniel Boone), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
