Football Game Preview: Holland Patent Golden Knights vs. Cazenovia Lakers + How To Watch

Two dominant signal callers in Ethan Briggs and Robert Livingston are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Holland Patent Golden Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Cazenovia Lakers at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Holland Patent and Little Falls meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Golden Knights took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mounties.

Although Holland Patent took the loss, they still got scores from Carson Tharrett and Dominic Cole.

Meanwhile, Cazenovia put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Southern Hills [Tully/LaFayette/Fabius Pompey] 28-6. With the Lakers ahead 21-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Holland Patent now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Cazenovia, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.

Holland Patent took a serious blow against Cazenovia in their previous matchup back in October of 2023, falling 44-14. Can the Golden Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
