Softball Recap: Georgetown Bulldogs vs. Dillon Wildcats
Georgetown was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Dillon on Friday. The Bulldogs blew past the Wildcats 15-2. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Kylah Jordan made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. Jordan was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. That double was her first of the season.

In other batting news, Anastyn Streett and Maddie Smith did most of the damage at the plate: Streett scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances, while Smith got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
