Volleyball Game Preview: Wenatchee Panthers vs. Curtis Vikings

The Wenatchee Panthers will face off against the Curtis Vikings at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Wenatchee sitting on 12 straight wins and Curtis on 16.

Wenatchee is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Camas.

Wenatchee walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 17-25, 25-20, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Curtis was able to grind out a solid victory over Olympia on Friday, taking the game 3-1.

Curtis was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 24-26, 25-12, 25-17.

Wenatchee's win bumped their record up to 17-3-1. As for Curtis, their victory bumped their record up to 24-2.

Wenatchee beat Curtis 3-1 in their previous matchup back in November of 2023. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
