Softball Recap: Harpeth Hall Comes Up Short

Harpeth Hall lost to Lipscomb Academy back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Honeybears lost 17-1 to the Mustangs. The Honeybears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harpeth Hall saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Patricia Frohsin, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Frohsin has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.

Harpeth Hall's record is now 2-13. As for Lipscomb Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Harpeth Hall will welcome Father Ryan at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lipscomb Academy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Battle Ground Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least ten runs in their last six games.
