Carver made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,667 from 4,065.
Carver's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jordan Holden has thrown for 551 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Tevish Clark has six catches for 171 yards. Derrick Johnson leads the league in rushing with 436 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Washington takes on South Atlanta. The Bulldogs are in first place, while the Hornets are in third place.
