Wake Forest has gone a perfect 10-0 against Knightdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Knights at 6:15 p.m. Wake Forest will be strutting in after a victory while Knightdale will be coming in after a defeat.

On Wednesday, Wake Forest made easy work of East Wake and carried off a 6-2 win. Given Wake Forest's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 150th, while East Wake are ranked 436th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Knightdale fell victim to Vance County and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Vipers. That's two games in a row now that Knightdale have lost by exactly three goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Knightdale and nudges their season record down to 4-7. As for Wake Forest, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-5.
