Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Edison Tommies. That's two games in a row now that Roosevelt have lost by just one goal.

Ethan Arvidson and Dylan Cramer scored both of Roosevelt's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Edison, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roosevelt will welcome Hope Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hope Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Roosevelt surely won't give up without a fight. As for Edison, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Washburn at 5:00 p.m.
