Softball Recap: Littleton Comes Up Short

Littleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tahanto Regional Stags. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one run.

Littleton's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Tahanto Regional, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Littleton will square off against Tyngsborough at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tahanto Regional, they will challenge Bromfield at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
