Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Godwin Heights). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Holland Dutch 49-19. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolverines considering their two-point performance the contest before.

Godwin Heights pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.7 points on average over those games. As for Holland, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Godwin Heights will venture away from home to face off against Fruitport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Holland, they will head out to take on Hopkins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
