After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Sioux City, West Point-Beemer was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder. The Cadets not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).
Hollie Cole paced West Point-Beemer's offense, picking up ten kills. Cole got some help from Campbell Consbruck and her 23 assists. Cole was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
West Point-Beemer moved to 11-19 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 17 of their last 21 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-21 record this season.
